war crimes?

Israel attacking innocent Lebanese citizens and foreigners amounts to war crimes. While the state of Israel places suspected Hezbollah members as wanted people, with the USA and Canada doing the same, isn't it odd that we are not placing the Israeli soldiers who are also committing terrorist like acts such as bombing innocent citizens on a wanted list either?
